Important Notes for Clients

  • *Travel fees will be agreed upon and payable PRIOR to travel and depend on distance from the center of Milton, MA.

  • Fees for urgent and holiday services are higher due to the added convenience and time commitment.

  • In Massachusetts, Notaries are legally allowed to charge fees for their services, but the state does not set a maximum fee for standard notarizations. However, Notaries must always disclose their fees upfront and cannot charge unreasonable or excessive fees.
